The small bathroom has shower and a small washbasin with mirror. The office has a single bed (80x200 cms) with reading light and a big desk. The kitchen is equipped with fridge (60x200 cms), oven with ceramic cooktop, filter coffee machine, boiler, toaster and kitchenware. The dining area has big table for 6 persons and the living room has corner sofa and 40 inches LCD TV. Outside, there is front veranda (8 sq.m.) and backyard (20 sq.m.) with 2 sofas, table, chairs and sunbed, nice private garden with trees and flowers, outside shower and open parking area. The area of the garden is about 300 sq.m.
